Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
We are not taking orders yet. These terms will apply to orders once we open, and you will be asked to agree to them before you pay.
In short
- BidValid does not guarantee that your bid will win.
- You review everything before you submit it, and you are responsible for everything submitted in your company's name.
- BidValid uses several AI systems to read and analyze the agency's documents, and to write, check and proofread what we deliver. We check every fact against the agency's own documents, but, just as with a human writer, we cannot guarantee that the result is free of mistakes. That is one reason you must review it before you submit.
- If something goes wrong, BidValid's liability is limited to the fee you paid for that contract.
- Refunds: if the contract turns out to require something your company can't provide — a license, an insurance level, a capability — tell us what it is within two days and you'll receive a full refund.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy a service from BidValid (“we”, “us”) for one local government contract (“the contract”):
- The proposal package ($249): your proposal, written from your questionnaire answers and the contract’s documents, with the Welcome Guide, Pricing Guidance and Submission Guide described on our home page.
- The forms guide ($79): for contracts where the agency wants only its own forms. It explains how to complete, sign and deliver those forms. It is not a proposal and we do not fill in the forms for you.
2. No guarantee of a win
BidValid does not guarantee that your bid will win, be accepted, or be found complete or compliant by the agency. The agency alone decides.
3. You review and are responsible for what you submit
You review everything we give you before you submit it. Everything submitted in your company’s name is your responsibility, including:
- the truth of the answers and information you give us (we write from what you tell us and do not check it);
- your prices (our pricing guidance explains the agency’s pricing rules; we never set or recommend your price);
- signatures, notarizations, bonds, insurance, licenses and registrations;
- delivering your bid on time and in the way the agency requires;
- checking the agency’s page for amendments (addenda) up to the deadline.
4. How we use AI
BidValid uses several AI systems to read and analyze the agency’s documents, and to write, check and proofread what we deliver. We check every fact against the agency’s own documents, but, just as with a human writer, we cannot guarantee that the result is free of mistakes. That is one reason you must review it before you submit.
5. One company per contract
For the proposal package, we work with one local company per contract, first come, first served.
6. Refunds
The moment you purchase, we send your Welcome Pack. If the contract turns out to require something your company can’t provide — a license, an insurance level, a capability — tell us what it is within two days of receiving your Welcome Pack and you’ll receive a full refund.
7. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BidValid’s total liability to you for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fee you paid for the service that the claim concerns. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
8. Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
